When I started reading a story that said young people are suffering from the effects of Peniaphobia, I just figured it meant they are horny just like my generation was.
But no.
They fear falling into crushing debt and being destitute in a world that continues to stratify itself by the second.
If that is indeed the case, it explains a lot of things.
I’m starting to see why they are shunning the institution of marriage if their fear is so great. I mean, if they are worried about becoming destitute themselves, what is another mouth to feed and be responsible for?
Nihilism.
Kids are another expense to be avoided, evidently.
The instant lure of securing their entire future with the short life-cycle of bitcoin as opposed to doing it in increments like we did.
I’m all for the YOLO thing because life is all too short and it will soon be over, but not to the point of risking your life for a stupid “challenge” or “online dare.”
But move out of your parents’ house.
Enough is enough.
Grow a pair.
I just realized that although I really like videos of cute animals and I watch them a lot, I could watch videos ALL DAY LONG of Niki Minaj doing just about anything.
(The Domestic Despot just read that last line over my shoulder and thumped me on the head).
I think she called me a pig.
It looks like there is a big crush of people that want to join ICE and “clean this country up.”
Pretty soon there will be more people in ICE than there are people left to deport.

I’m a child of the sixties and seventies, by far the coolest two decades (OK, cocaine made the ’80’s fun, too) so I get the whole let-it-all-hang-out au naturel thing.
But don’t get offended if not everyone is onboard with it because you celebrities have to remember that we remember you all hot and made up, and now, since you are being totally transparent and honest, allow me to reciprocate.
You look like hell.
You know Brittney Griner is a target, a big target and as bad as it gets for her, at least she is here in America being denigrated and chastised and not rotting away in some Russian prison which is where I am sure she would still be if it were up to Trump.
Or me.
I would expect Newsweek magazine to be better.
I keep reading stories they print about deportations being carried out, and each time they proffer a list of the deportee’s achievements and accomplishments, wonderful traits, a history of selfless service, sainthood.
It doesn’t f’ing matter!
When will you get that?
If you are here, in this country, at this point in time of history, you will be deported if you are not in this country legally.

Not that you have lived here for sixty years, have eighteen grandchildren, won three Purple Hearts, but you forgot to get your green card updated.
