Now Do You See it?

I was flipping through the world news as is my wont every morning and surprise! The Palestinians still aren’t getting along with the Israelis!

What’s it been now?

5000 years?

A lot of people are giving it to President Trump for his tough stance on cleaning up the homelessness and crime in Washington, D.C.

But at least he hasn’t brought in mercenaries like they did in Haiti.

These guys are definitely not to be fucked with. These are not ICE wannabes and actors. These are the REAL badasses that are ex-SEALS, ex-Rangers, and they usually provide a terminal solution if you get my drift.

If I hear yet another inexperienced, ill-equipped Arizona hiker fatality…..

People.

The Arizona sun and desert heat will kill you.

Now you won’t find this on any Chamber of Commerce slogan boards, but that is the reality.

You won’t even know you are dehydrated and starting to fail internally and by the time you do, it is a tough road back. Combine that with the exertion and depleted energy required to climb a mountain. If you are not literally drowning yourself in water, you are falling behind.

Stay safe and enjoy that awesome view!

Is it really good form to call around and ask for people to nominate you for the Nobel Peace Prize?

And enough of the losers who don’t know how to properly clean up after themselves when they break down their encampments to return home. These miscreants are less than scum and probably don’t wipe their asses because: a) there’s no rule about it,  and b) there’s no one in there to check if they did it or not.

Love him or hate him, but the president was right about a lot of the fraud that has been going on for some time (even during his first term).

The spotlight is on the inept Department of Justice, the U.S. Department of Agriculture, and the biggest food stamp fraud in U.S. history (66 million and counting).
Will the American people ever see a dime of that money?

What are you, high on something?

A drunk driver gets caught after falling asleep at the wheel. He’s damn lucky he didn’t hurt anyone. That’s a tough one to explain, but it is better than the excuse I proffered after getting my sixth (and final) DUI.

It was snowing, so the heavy fall impaired visibility.

Yes, I had been drinking (I didn’t tell the police that) evidently I didn’t need to.

The police car pulled over to the driver’s side of the road (didn’t matter) with no lights on at all (didn’t matter).

I plowed into the back of the police vehicle with two officers in it (mattered a lot).

When I told them I could not see their vehicle, they interpreted it to mean “I am blind drunk.”

At the police station I took a breathalyzer and blew .38 which was not good for me.

Nor did it look very good on my police report when the officer wrote that my response to his question was “ooga booga wibbly wob.”

Anybody knows I was saying, “Look officer I’m not drunk.”

Don’t drink and drive.

It’s not funny, either.

Stay well.
