You Can’t Say They Didn’t Warn Us

It has been going on for months now as things have now escalated to the point Jo-Jo has warned us that war is “imminent.”

No shit.

I don’t see he has much of a choice in the matter; I don’t think any president would have a choice placed in the same situation.

Like Clemenza said in The Godfather, “These things gotta happen every five years or so, ten years. Helps to get rid of the bad blood.”

Just when we thought it was safe to go back in the water….

Not so funny to the recent closure of the beaches near Sydney, Australia.

I feel great loss when any of us leave, because I know how much fun and wonder this planet provides.

I can’t even imagine and I don’t feel any pride in the fact that I watched the horrific pictures online.

But the swimmer was in the shark’s world, not vice versa.

I don’t swim on any beach known for having a high population of sharks.

I don’t seek out bears, lions, cougars, leopard, rattlesnakes or terrorists either.

So the boy is wearing his success on his body. Who the fuck is anyone to give him shit? Have you seen him act?

I read a story about the dismal conditions that Derek Chauvin is experiencing in prison.

Somehow, I don’t feel sorry for him.

Not one bit.

I hope they add another 25 years to his sentence in his upcoming civil trial, to run consecutively with no credit for time served.

Somehow, when you think about it, the paltry 22 ½ year sentence he got for murdering George Floyd wasn’t nearly enough.

Unlike Wisconsin, if you murder in Georgia, you will get justice. Especially if you are unlucky enough to get Prosecutor Linda Dudikoski on your case.

It is not OK to kill, and I honestly believe that the instant that you take another’s life, you forfeit any protections from Church or State.
