Karen and I stopped taking trips to Mexico several years ago. If you don’t think it is dangerous, well, it was nice talking to you.
Some Mexicans look at you like the pendejo gringo turistas you are, and their opinion is not that high, believe that. They think we are loud, disrespectful, and acting like members of The Greatest Country on Earth, instead of the United States. They would be perfectly happy if we just sent our money and stayed home.

Final thought today is about how it is so hot under the “heat dome” across the southwest and southern states, people are baking to death. I lived in Phoenix and I was fine with the triple-digit temperatures; it just meant swimming pool time and beer-drinking time. But the poor souls who are on the streets and homeless are at Mother Nature’s mercy.
